Role Overview

The Product Sales Manager – Endoscopy Business will be responsible for driving the sales performance, market expansion, and strategic positioning of Medikabazaar’s Endoscopy product portfolio. The incumbent will act as a bridge between OEMs, internal sales teams, and healthcare customers, ensuring product growth, technical training, and .

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Achieve business objectives for the Endoscopy portfolio through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and surgical setups.
  • Build strong client relationships with surgeons, purchase managers, and biomedical teams.
  • Drive regional and national sales targets through effective pipeline management and channel expansion.

2. Product & Market Strategy

  • Develop deep understanding of the Endoscopy market and competitors’ positioning.
  • Liaise with OEMs and principal partners for pricing, promotions, and product introductions.
  • Execute marketing and clinical engagement initiatives to increase product visibility.
  • Provide market feedback on new trends, customer needs, and potential product gaps.

3. Technical & Clinical Expertise

  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and technical training.
  • Support internal sales teams with product knowledge and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with application and service teams to ensure smooth installation and user satisfaction.

4. Operations & Reporting

  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial policies, pricing structure, and margin discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and service teams for execution.

Product Line – Endoscopy Portfolio

The Endoscopy business at Medikabazaar covers a comprehensive range of medical and surgical visualization systems, including:

  • Rigid Endoscopy Systems – Laparoscopy, Arthroscopy, ENT, Urology, and Gynaecology scopes
  • Flexible Endoscopy Systems – Gastroenterology and Pulmonology scopes
  • Video Systems & Imaging – Cameras, light sources, monitors, and recording systems
  • Insufflators and Suction-Irrigation Units
  • Electrosurgical Units and Energy Platforms
  • Endoscopic Accessories & Instruments – Trocar, graspers, scissors, forceps, biopsy tools, etc.
  • Visualization Consumables – Light cables, adapters, tubing, and disposable scopes (where applicable)
  • Associated OEM Partnerships – Olympus, Karl Storz, Stryker, Fujifilm, and equivalent product lines.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Science / Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales or Product Management of Endoscopy or Surgical Visualization Systems.
  • Exposure to handling premium OEM brands like Olympus, Karl Storz, Stryker, or Fujifilm will be advantageous.
