The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to be a core pillar of our design department. This role demands a blend of visionary creativity, technical rigor, and exceptional project management skill. You will own complex, high-stakes projects from concept through completion, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Technical Execution Lead the conceptual development and presentation of bespoke interior solutions for residential and commercial clients, ensuring designs align with client budget constraints and brand standards. Crucially, ensure technical documentation (drawings, BOQs, specifications) provides the clarity required to convert the 3D vision exactly into reality on site, maintaining the firm's reputation for precision. Manage the selection, specification, and procurement of all materials, furnishings, and fixtures, guaranteeing quality and on-budget delivery. 2. Project Leadership & Management Act as the primary design lead, coordinating seamlessly with our in-house civil work and construction teams to maintain project flow and timeline reliability . Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all design deliverables are met consistently ahead of timeline or on schedule. Conduct frequent site visits to monitor installation and troubleshoot complex design issues, guaranteeing adherence to specifications. 3. Client & Team Communication Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with professionalism. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray or similar rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to translate complex design models into detailed, construction-ready documentation. Reliability & Professionalism: Demonstrated history of managing projects that finished on budget and on time . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for maintaining client trust and team coordination. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
