Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Chalakkudy. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, collaborating with design and construction teams, and ensuring accurate and precise project documentation. Daily tasks include developing BIM models for MEP projects, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve project outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree/Diploma inMechanical/Electrical Engineering Previous experience in the AEC industry is preferred
