Job Purpose

IT India EUS Lead  will join a highly skilled IND IT EUS team in managing India EUS team. IT EUS leads oversees IT hardware management, implementation, and maintenance of all end user support devices like AV, laptops, consumables etc. They manage and direct a team of skilled professionals who plan, implement, and maintain the organization's IT India EUS devices.An IT EUS lead for end-user devices is responsible for the overall management and support of the devices and peripherals used by employees. This includes everything from desktop computers and laptops to mobile devices and printers. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing the end-user computing platform, as well as providing ongoing support and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

Primary And Secondary Duties

Managing end-user devices and peripheral equipment, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.Analyze IT EUS business needs and opportunities for improvement.Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and training.Collaboration: Working with other IT teams, such as infrastructure and application development, to ensure a seamless end-user experience.Communication: Keeping end-users informed about technology changes and updates.Managing the budget for end-user computing equipment and services. Develop new user-facing featuresEnsuring that end-user computing services are cost-effective and provide a high return on investment. Capability to identify new technology led to solutions to deliver business benefits. Continuously scan the external environment to identify suitable technology trends, best in class IT led solutions in the industryCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersAdhere to prescribed development systems, processes procedures and ensure efficient, effective, high-quality deliveryContribute to growing team members, building a strong cohesive team; provide guidance, mentorshipCommunicate effectively with all stakeholdersPerform tasks as specified by the Delivery Lead/Engineering Lead

Essential Experience And Skills

12-15 years of experience including the following Key Skills:Proficiency in managing various devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS, Android), and related EUS team with 8+ years of experience.In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, and sometimes LinuxDeep understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD to maintain security policies.Basic understanding of troubleshooting connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).Knowledge of endpoint protection, MFA, encryption, and data privacy compliance.Management & Leadership SkillsTeam Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a team of IT support professionals.Global Management- Should have experience working with global teams and work on global projects.Vendor Management: Managing third-party support contracts and vendor SLAs.Project Management: Planning and executing IT projects, such as hardware refreshes or system rollouts.Budget Management: Understanding of budgets and expense management.

B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / M.Sc – Computer Science or EquivalentMBA / PGDM will be an add-on
