Job Title: Employer Relations Executive
Department: Career Services / Human Resources / Corporate Relations

Reports To: Employer Relations Manager / Head of Corporate Relations

Location: Mumbai, Mohali, Panchkula, Hydrabad, Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Employer Relations Executive to strengthen and expand our partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders. This role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and connecting employers with appropriate internal resources, including talent acquisition, career services, and internship programs. You will act as a bridge between the organization and the external job market.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and recruitment professionals.

*

Develop and execute strategies to attract employers for internship, job placement, and recruitment partnerships.

*

Coordinate employer engagement activities such as career fairs, networking events, on-campus/company presentations, and information sessions.

*

Manage employer databases and ensure accurate records of contacts, outreach activities, and outcomes.

*

Act as a key point of contact for employers, addressing their recruitment needs and ensuring excellent service.

*

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., career services, academic departments, HR) to match employer needs with student or candidate capabilities.

*

Monitor labor market trends to inform employer engagement strategies.

*

Prepare regular reports on employer engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.

*

Support marketing and communication efforts related to employer engagement.

Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

*

2–4 years of experience in employer relations, recruitment, business development, or corporate partnerships.

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

*

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

*

Event planning and project management experience is a plus.

*

High level of professionalism and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

*

Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
