The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management, vehicle routing, and transport operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to transport management, including expertise in transport management tools, invoicing for cab services, and effective clubbing of vehicles to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: Incident Management: Oversee and manage transport-related incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to operations. Routing of Vehicles: Develop and implement efficient routing strategies for cabs to enhance service delivery and reduce costs. Operations Expertise: Lead the transport operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services. Clubbing of Cabs: Optimize the utilization of cabs through effective clubbing strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. Hands-On Transport Management: Engage in ground-level transport management to understand challenges and implement solutions in real-time. Transport Management Tools: Utilize and manage transport management software to track performance metrics, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline processes. Invoice Creation: Prepare and manage invoices for cab services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align transport operations with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting: Generate reports on transport operations, incident management, and financial metrics to inform decision-making.
