Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled employee Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and persuade employees effectively. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also required. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously. Inform employees about upcoming training opportunity. Use persuasive communication skills to influence employees and achieve desired outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions in an Excel sheet. Utilize basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and track performance metrics. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address employee needs and improve processes. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, employee satisfaction scores, and engagement goals. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong influencing and persuasion abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and generating reports). High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends,( if required.)
