US staffing experience must - in case you don't have that -Please refrain Designation would be Admin and Employee Experience Remote PST Shift Max Salary - not more than 35K/mo in hand Key Requirements: Must be flexible to work PST shift hours based on business needs. Responsible for ensuring the Talent Bridge Mainline phone is active and operational from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST . Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement or related roles (This does not include someone with just On-boarding experience). Comfortable handling a high volume of calls individually (approximately 40 per day) . In total we get around 110 - 120 calls per day. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage inbound and outbound employee interactions professionally. Willingness to support the Employee Engagement team with: Redeployment processes Conducting employee orientation calls Scrutinizing resume which we receive on TalentBridge website, LinkedIn etc based on skills and forwarding to the respective Delivery heads.
