Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances, engagement, induction, retention, and relations through effective communication with employees at all levels. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, motivation, and productivity. Conduct regular meetings with employees to understand their concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR) to resolve complex employee-related matters. Desired Candidate Profile 1 year of experience in an industrial setting or similar environment. Any graduate degree; MBA/PGDM preferred in HR/Industrial Relations or Operations. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to industrial relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
