Additionally, you will be responsible for managing compliance and audits for the organization to ensure adherence to statutory requirements. A strong focus on tech-driven HR analytics, compensation strategy, and compliance management is essential for this role. You will leverage tech-driven analysis for strategy building and manage HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
