JD: Support in planning and execution of all events, including team-building activities, celebrations, recognition programs, workshops, and conferences. This includes overseeing logistics and on-site coordination. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates. Working knowledge/Familiarity with design and video editing software preferred. Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all logistical arrangements. Research and propose new and innovative engagement activities and materials. Gather employee feedback on events and engagement initiatives to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR to promote employee events and engagement initiatives. Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications to all employees Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, internal communications in a GCC/ corporate environment. Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Strong organizational and project management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A passion for creating positive employee experiences.
