Employability Skills & Soft Skill Trainer

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering the prescribed English and soft skills content as per the curriculum. Additionally, you will facilitate day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge and soft skills required for employment. Organizing extra-curricular activities for students" overall development will also be part of your role. You are expected to conduct timely student assessments and social profiling to ensure effective learning outcomes. Your responsibilities will include minimizing student dropouts and addressing all student grievances in a timely manner. Motivating and counseling students as per their individual needs is also essential. - Passion for teaching - Drive to make a difference in the lives of trainees - Ability to work well in a team The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the training domain.
