Job Title: HR Intern Location: Coimbatore Department: Human Resources Duration: 3 Months Internship Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Reporting To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will offer exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates. Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with HR executives. Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires. Help maintain HR records and update employee databases. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in organizing training and development sessions. Provide support in daily administrative HR tasks. Participate in HR meetings and take notes for documentation purposes. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Recruitment and Onboarding: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping. Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding activities. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits. HR Operations: Maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed for management review.
