Job Overview: As an Emerging Technology Architect with 15+ years of experience in identifying, evaluating, and integrating cutting-edge technologies into the organization's ecosystem and future projects, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge. Must have proven experience in Pre-sales and Principal Architect / Lead Solution Architect Role in Emerging technology like AI/ML, Blockchain, etc. Responsibilities: Technology Evaluation and Adoption: The Emerging Technology Architect is responsible for leading the strategic design, implementation, and governance of next-generation technology solutions across AI/ML, cloud, blockchain, big data, security, and automation. This role requires deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies, industry best practices, and innovative approaches to drive business transformation. Identify emerging technologies like Gen AI, DeFi, LC-NC, AI-ML, Data Engineering etc and assess their potential impact on the organization. Conduct thorough research and feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies. Develop technology roadmaps and adoption strategies aligned with business objectives. RFP/RFI/RFQ response for Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Analyze and understand client requirements, and collaborate to gather relevant information. Lead architectural discussions and solution workshops for design exercises to create E2E solutions and mapping requirements to solution/service catalogues. Must be able to lead client discussions, workshops, support presales solutions and deliver on short-term discovery, architecture assessments. Drive architectural change management and oversee the design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge and skills. Participate in the Architecture Review process. Actively listens and respectfully challenges customers/partners when going in the wrong direction, presents insights and alternatives, and takes action appropriately. Lead the design of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions using emerging technologies. Develop architectural blueprints and maintain documentation to ensure consistency with best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems. Design and implement AI/ML solutions, including NLP, LLMs, computer vision, and generative AI to enhance business intelligence and automation. Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to whitepapers, and represent the organisation in technology forums and conferences. Develop and articulate technical solutions, architecture, and strategies to address client needs as outlined in the RFP/RFI/RFQ. Collaborate with various teams (technical, sales, legal, etc.) to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals. Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA Renowned Certification in AI/ML , BlockChain 15 + years of experience in IT related projects 10+ years of experience in IT projects for Govt. clients Experience in IT projects in Finance sector At least 5 years or more working as AI/ML Architect Architect in large scale IT projects (More than 100 Cr.) Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and architecture patterns (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) Knowledge of emerging technologies like Generative AI, Blockchain technologies, Low- Code/No-Code platforms, etc 10+ years of experience in IT projects for Govt. clients
