Job Overview

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware for electronic control systems.

You’ll work closely with microcontrollers, peripherals, and communication modules to create reliable, optimized, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug embedded firmware in

  C

  for 8-bit/32-bit microcontrollers
• Implement drivers for

  displays, keypads, buzzers, storage devices, and communication interfaces

• Manage configuration data in

  EEPROM/Flash

• Work with

  STM8, STM32, AT32

  or similar MCUs and interface with

  ADCs, sensors, and external modules

• Ensure stable

  oscillator setup, clock configuration, and power management

• Implement

  digital filtering

  and

  signal processing

  techniques
• Develop communication protocols:

  UART, SPI, I²C, RS-232/RS-485, CAN, Ethernet

• Debug, validate, and document firmware on prototype and production hardware
• Collaborate with hardware and mechanical design teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, or related field

• Experience:

  2–5 years in embedded system development

Technical Skills:

• Strong in

  C programming

  (C++/Python exposure a plus)
• Hands-on with

  STM8/STM32/ARM Cortex-M

  series
• Proficient in communication interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART, RS-485, CAN, Ethernet)
• Familiar with

  analog electronics, op-amps, ADC interfacing, and Flash/EEPROM handling

• Tools:

  STM32CubeIDE, Keil

  , debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and

  Git

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong collaboration and documentation abilities
• Attention to detail and quality

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of

  industrial communication protocols

  (MODBUS, CANopen, etc.)
• Experience with

  PCB design tools

  (KiCad/Altium)
• Exposure to

  Windows/Linux application development

  for hardware interfacing
