Please share your resume to angshumita.kashyap@ebix.com We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email and IT Support Specialist to manage and support email services on G-Suite (Google Workspace) and Microsoft 365 platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth email operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain organizational units, groups, and shared data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Email Management Create, delete, and manage user accounts on G-Suite and Microsoft 365 platforms. Reset user passwords and ensure security compliance. Set up email forwarding as per organizational requirements. Group and Organizational Unit (OU) Management Create and modify groups in G-Suite and Microsoft 365. Create and maintain Organizational Units (OUs) in G-Suite. Troubleshooting and Support Perform basic troubleshooting for email-related and IT support issues. Ensure domains are whitelisted on G-Suite for secure communication. Public Folder and Data Management Create and manage public folders. Maintain all data and records systematically in OneDrive or similar cloud storage. Reporting and Documentation Document processes and maintain logs for all administrative activities. Generate periodic reports on email usage, troubleshooting tickets, and domain activity. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with G-Suite (Google Workspace) and Microsoft 365 platforms. Knowledge of organizational unit creation, email services, and security configurations. Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve basic email and system issues efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Documentation and Reporting: Proficient in maintaining data on cloud platforms like OneDrive. Ability to create clear documentation for tasks and reports. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT support or email administration. Familiarity with whitelisting domains and managing shared folders. Strong communication skills to interact with users and resolve queries.
