You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing data-driven email campaigns that nurture leads, boost engagement, and drive ROI. Key Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns (nurture, transactional, promotional, lifecycle) Develop and maintain automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Phrasee, Seventh Sense) for content creation, subject line optimization, send-time personalization, and A/B testing Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align email strategies with brand voice and customer journey Implement list segmentation, hygiene practices, and personalization techniques to maximize relevance and reach Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and AI advancements Must-Have Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and campaign execution Strong command of email automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.) Practical experience with AI/ML tools for marketing Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, analytics, and conversion optimization Proficient in HTML/CSS for email formatting and responsive design Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills Interested candidate can apply with their recent PP size photograph & updated resume.
