Job Description

The Email Marketing professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to marketing automation, lead generation, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM). They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective Marketo campaigns and foster strong customer relationships. The primary responsibility is to develop, execute, monitor, adapt and measure performance on results-driven demand generation (lead generation + lead nurturing) Marketo campaigns for NetCom Learning. Key Responsibilities: Research audience preferences and discover current trends. Create engaging text, image and video content for email marketing. Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns. Manage Marketo automation tool and campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating and reporting offering proactive insights for improving performance. Measure and implement tactics for growth. Provide regular email analytics and reporting updates to leadership and social team Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions Qualifications: Marketing Automation skills required. Marketo preferred. Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) Strong understanding of email marketing best practices Proficient in email marketing platforms and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset and ability to track and measure campaign performance Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
