Role description:

Email Marketing Specialist (Full-time, Remote)

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage targeted B2B email campaigns for different goals - lead generation, brand visibility and engagement
• Handle both free and paid campaign tools
• Build automated workflows using AI-based tools (is a plus)
• Segment audiences and personalize communication to boost open and conversion rates
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Design compelling email layouts and creatives

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in

  email marketing

• Good understanding of

  B2B audience behaviour and bulk campaigns

• Familiarity with

  AI tools

  for marketing and workflow automation
• Basic design skills for campaign creatives
• Event marketing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of the

  legal industry

  is a plus
• Someone proactive, data-driven and accountable
• Ensure strong deliverability and compliance (your emails should land in inboxes, not spam)
