Job Overview: Seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, lead generation, and experience using email marketing tools like ConvertKit, Mailchimp, and Mailjet. Knowledge of HTML email templates and landing page optimization is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer engagement. Manageandmaintain email databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Utilize email marketing tools such as ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Mailjet, etc., to design, execute, and monitor campaigns. Design and build responsive HTML email templates, ensuring compatibility across all email clients and devices. Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve open and click-through rates. Write the email content and collaborate with design teams to create compelling email content and visuals. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights. Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of landing pages to ensure maximum conversion from email campaigns. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) Requirements: 2-2.5 years of proven experience in email marketing and lead generation. Proficiency with email marketing tools such as ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Mailjet, etc. Strong understanding of HTML and experience in designing responsive email templates. Knowledge of landing page optimization and related tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages). Experience with A/B testing and data-driven email campaign optimization. Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices. Excellent written communication and content creation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
