About Us Website : https://www.championsgroup.com/ Position Title: Email Marketing Specialist (Execution and Client Communication) Job Overview: The role involves executing email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality campaigns aligned with the clients goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Email Campaign Execution: • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. • Ensure proper segmentation, personalization, and targeting of email lists. • Test emails for functionality and accuracy before deployment. • Monitor campaign performance and implement necessary optimizations. 2. Client Communication: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates. • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies. • Share campaign results, insights, and recommendations with clients regularly. • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong, professional relationships. 3. Coordination and Collaboration: • Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives. • Collaborate with the analytics team to generate reports and track campaign success. 4. Quality Assurance: • Maintain high-quality standards in email design, content, and delivery. • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). 5. Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in email marketing and client communication. • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms. • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and generate insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices is a plus. Additional Requirements: • Flexible to work in shifts, including APAC/ US Process shifts, as needed. • A team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
