Your key responsibilities will be: Plan, build, test, and send marketing e-mails and newsletters using Email Marketing Tools. Develop and optimize workflows to nurture leads and re-engage clients and contacts. Provide technical expertise that improves our deliverability rate. Manage audience segmentation and build actionable lists, ensuring personalized and behavior-driven communication. Work closely with content, design, and marketing colleagues to align e-mail initiatives with campaign and business objectives. Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to measure KPIs (such as delivery rates, open rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights and recommendations that continuously drive improvement. Ensure all e-mail campaigns adhere to best practices for deliverability and comply with relevant regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 0 to 1 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing complex campaigns Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, tools, and metrics. Experience with marketing automation platforms and email service providers. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive engagement. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools to assess campaign effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
