Job Overview: We are the marketing department of a software company that supports multiple brands and seek a proactive and skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective email sequences targeted toward the established client persona with a proven track record of consistent attention to detail. The candidate must be able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and meet project deadlines. Responsibilities:Participating in the planning and execution of email marketing campaignsConducting quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaignsCollecting and evaluating email reporting metricsKeeping an email calendar and sending out weekly updates to the Marketing teamEnsuring that daily email activities are completed and deployed on timeOrganizing the distribution of quarterly newslettersManaging a database of subscribers and growing the mailing list by making enticing content upgradesCampaign and list management in all applicable CRMsKeeping up with the latest email best practices and marketing trendsAssisting in content creation for email distributionTroubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in Email MarketingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRMsStrong writing and proof-reading skillsExcellent organization and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with other team membersProject management experienceExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
