This role will be responsible for coding and executing high-performing email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications while analyzing key performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution: o Develop and deploy responsive HTML email templates that render well across devices and email clients. o Execute daily email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, ensuring timely scheduling and accuracy. o Set up A/B tests to improve open rates, click rates, and conversions. o Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, accessibility, and best UI/UX practices. Performance Analysis & Optimization: o Monitor email, SMS, and push notification performance, analyzing key KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance. o Implement segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement. o Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and content based on data trends. Technical & Compliance Management: o Ensure email templates are compatible across major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc. ). o Stay updated with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc. ). o Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations. o Troubleshoot and resolve email rendering issues and technical glitches. Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in email development, marketing automation, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email coding best practices. Experience with email marketing platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, Iterable, Attentive is desirable. Understanding of SMS and push notification marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
