Possess 2-3 years of experience in email marketing automation, with a strong understanding of analytics and campaign performance.
Are proficient in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Marketo, with a proven ability to design and execute successful campaigns.
Demonstrate a combination of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to design campaigns that achieve better open rates and engagement.
Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly.
Assisted in the development and support of data integration platforms.
Learned core aspects of software development and support in a professional setting.
Participated in code reviews and team meetings.
Contributed to the documentation of system features and processes.
Developed small modules and components as part of the larger project.
