DESIGN ENGINEER - ELV Design Engineer - ELV Designation: Role: ELV design, modeling, detailing and documentation Discipline: Platform: Duties: MEP CAD & BIM Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation: o o o o Design of ELV systems (2D & 3D). One line diagrams. Construction documentation (BIM). Detailed design (BIM). QC: o o o Follow project QC checklist: ELV Implement QC standards across the projects: ELV Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects: ELV Client Coordination: o Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead. o o Capture and analyze the client requirements: ELV Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead. Responsibilities: This role will have no direct reporting associates. Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks (as assigned by the project lead). Overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks): Electrical Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations. o o o o Modeling Detailing Documentation Design of ELV systems (must) Skillset: Technical o Revit MEP o o AutoCAD BIM360 o Navisworks Domain o o o o o USA ELV codes and standards. Working knowledge on USA projects (must). Working knowledge of ELV systems. Design knowledge of ELV systems is a must. Types of buildings Commercial Buildings Sports facilities / Sports Buildings Stadiums Office Buildings Hospital Buildings Institutional Buildings Mixed-use Buildings Qualification: Experience: B. Tech / M. Tech (Electrical) Overall 5 Years on CAD and BIM platforms. o With experience on ELV systems.
