Job Description

An Elite Virtual Relationship Manager at IndusInd Bank isa role focused on managing relationships with the bank's most affluent customers through virtual channels, such as phone and email.
This position involves driving engagement, increasing mobile banking adoption, cross-selling products, and upgrading clients to the relationship banking program, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio, providing tailored solutions, and meeting sales and service goals.

Act as the primary point of contact, addressing all banking needs, product inquiries, and service requirements for the assigned portfolio.
Performance management:
Take ownership of the mapped portfolio, focusing on customer service and key performance indicators (KPIs).
