Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting field service visits to address and resolve issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and delivering high-quality customer support. The engineer will also maintain and enhance client relationships by responding effectively to customer queries and concerns. Qualifications Prior experience and skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and effective communication Expertise in Field Service and Technical Support, including hands-on technical assistance and issue resolution Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in a timely manner Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely and effective resolutions Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide excellent service under pressure Familiarity with the elevator or home automation industry is an added advantage
