Hello Job Contenders, We are hiring for Eligibility & Verification & Pre-Authorizations - FOR Day Shift Roles & Responsibilities Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility with insurance providers. Document and update patients' insurance and demographic information accurately. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve eligibility issues. Review and interpret insurance policy details to determine coverage applicability. Coordinate with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate claim submissions. Handle pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as required by insurance policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Looking for a candidate who has good experience in Eligibility & VOB for the Voice process they're eligible to apply for the day shift Flexible to WFO.
