Job Description

Job Description : To manage and maintain daily operational requests, approvals received from management, Sales teams, and clients To keep an updated Project Status dashboard that tracks new requests, ongoing tasks, and pending approvals. To document and execute on all instructions received via email, WhatsApp, and Odoo ERP. To regularly follow up on pending tasks with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. To assist in creating and editing CAD drawings for elevators and escalators using AutoCAD tools To coordinate with the Installation Team by gathering site surveys, pending point requests, and customer transmittal. To document all inputs received from the Installation manager and the team. To ensure that all approved sales-related documents are accurately prepared and submitted to clients on time To enable process improvement and ERP utilization. Work Location : Chennai Work From Office : Monday- Friday and alternate Saturdays Work Timings :10.30 a.m to 7.30 p.m Immediate Joiners only Eligiblity : Any Bachelors degree preferably with Operations and Management Background. Experience: 2-5 years in operations coordination/ administrative support, or related engineering roles. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF conversion,task tracking software Auto CAD Expertise Experience using Odoo ERP or similar platforms is a strong advantage. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills
