We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Service Executive to promote lift/elevator products and manage after-sales service coordination. The ideal candidate will handle client acquisition, AMC renewals, and service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Coordination:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads for new lift installations, modernization, and AMC contracts.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and the service team for maintenance issues.
• Schedule and coordinate AMC services, breakdown calls, and periodic maintenance.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of service complaints.
• Follow up for AMC renewals and payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
