Job Summary

As an Insurance BPO Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and policyholders, providing support and guidance on insurance products, claims, billing, and policy inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring the efficient processing of insurance-related requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support:

    Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats regarding insurance inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution:

    Investigate and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring all queries are addressed with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Metrics:

    Monitor personal performance metrics such as call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education:

    College degree preferred. (Graduation degree is mandatory)
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in a customer service or insurance role is preferred.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain insurance terms clearly.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions.
  • Attention to Detail:

    High level of accuracy in processing insurance claims and maintaining customer records.
  • Teamwork:

    Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining individual performance standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in BPO or call center environments.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and terminology (auto, health, life, motor, etc.).
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.

Work Environment
  • Shift Hours:

    Flexible, may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the client's requirements.
  • Location:

    Onsite or remote, depending on the job offer and company policies.
  • Training:

    Initial training will be provided on company systems, insurance products, and customer service protocols.
