We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary School Teachers to join our schools across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment for young learners (ages 2.5–6 years) to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. You will play a key role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning through play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods. Salary: upto 30,000 per month Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and promote holistic development (language, motor skills, social skills, and cognitive growth). Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior. Child Development: Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized support to meet their developmental needs. Parent Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians through meetings, reports, and updates to discuss their child’s progress and development. Activity-Based Learning: Facilitate hands-on activities, storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning to foster creativity and critical thinking. Collaboration: Work closely with co-teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to organize events, activities, and programs that enhance the learning experience. Safety & Well-Being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to school policies and protocols. Professional Development: Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated with early childhood education trends. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or a related field. Diploma/Certificate in Montessori, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1–10 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting (freshers with relevant training may be considered). Experience with play-based or Montessori teaching methods is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young children and parents. Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning activities. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude toward young learners. Basic computer skills for creating reports and communicating with parents/staff. Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is an advantage based on location.
