Job Title: Electronics Technician
Location: Kumbharwada, Pune, Saswad, Maharashtra 412301

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic components and systems.
* Source or fabricate replacement parts for electronic systems.
* Ensure all power and manual tools are operated safely, following health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding work schedules, time, and material cost estimates.
* Provide training and supervision for new technicians and apprentices.
* Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and service equipment.
* Perform equipment demonstrations and create training manuals when required.
* Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and instructions to execute tasks accurately.
* Follow written, verbal, and telephonic instructions diligently.
* Attend regular training workshops and report updates to the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
* ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering or Electronics.
* Relevant certification is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
* Passion for electronics and continuous learning.
