Electronics Technician

ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Field Electronics Technician to handle the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our SMARTE Toilet systems across project locations in South India. The role involves extensive travel and direct coordination with project teams and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install electronic systems of SMARTE Toilets including:
• Control panels
• Sensors
• Power supply units
• Automation components
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning at each site.
• Work closely with civil and plumbing teams for final integration.

2. Maintenance & Service Support

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Attend to technical complaints and ensure minimum downtime.
• Replace faulty electronic components and recalibrate systems when required.

3. Field Troubleshooting

• Diagnose faults in:
• Electrical wiring
• Sensors & controllers
• Power units & automation systems
• Provide quick on-site resolutions.

4. Project & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Project Managers
• Site Engineers
• Local authorities and clients
• Explain basic system operation to site staff where required.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain:
• Site visit reports
• Installation checklists
• Maintenance logs
• Share regular updates with the Head Office technical team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

✅ Mandatory travel across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & nearby regions
✅ Willing to stay at site locations as required

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation
• Freshers with strong technical skills or experienced field technicians are welcome.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical wiring
• Sensors & controllers
• Power supply systems
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams
• Problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in field conditions

EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)

• Experience in:
• Industrial electronics
• Automation systems
• Water & sanitation projects (added advantage)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
