Electronics Sales Executive

We are building a high-performance B2B Electronics Sales Team at ROBU.IN and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electronics Sales Executive to join us.
This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of proven experience in selling electronic products, components, or engineering solutions to industrial or institutional clients.

Number of Positions: 02 Required.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Sales of Electronics / Engineering / Industrial Products)
Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, Mechanical, or IT.

CTC & Salary Range: ₹4,23,228 LPA – ₹6,68,988 LPA (In-hand ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.

Sales Incentives: Up to ₹3.9 LPA based on target achievement.

Notice Period- Immediate to 15 Days.

Gender: Male/Female any one can Apply.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written).
  • Good Convincing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details/know how of Electronic Products/Components and is approachable to the Customers/Clients.
  • We are looking for someone who has good Sales knowledge and experience about electronic products and components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.
  • Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

Job Responsibilities:

The Major Job responsibilities that the ELECTRONICS SALES EXECUTIVE will handle are:

  • Achieving the Sales targets.
  • Maintaining the Average margins.
  • New Customer additions and Customer retention.
  • Analyse customers/clients need and consult them accordingly.
  • Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
  • Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
  • Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
