Role & responsibilities Production, assembly, and testing of LED display boards and industrial dashboards Hands-on soldering of components on PCBs and wiring Troubleshooting of electronics hardware and on-site technical support when required Integration of LED systems with IoT components Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications Assistance in project-based production planning and documentation Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, or related field Prior experience in LED display board manufacturing, assembly, and testing is essential Must possess good soldering skills and familiarity with electronics tools Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems is a plus Ability to read circuit diagrams and troubleshoot hardware Good communication skills in Tamil and English Willingness to occasionally travel for on-site support Key Skills Soldering PCB Assembly & Testing LED Display Systems Electronics Troubleshooting Microcontrollers (Optional but Preferred) Production & Quality Control On-site Support Tamil and English Communication Perks and benefits Structured training period Paid holidays and standard national holidays post-confirmation Health and accident insurance coverage Annual bonus after one year of service Performance-based commissions after 18 months Friendly and professional work environment
