Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to potential customers, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Promote our products and services to potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetingsGenerate and follow up on sales leads to achieve sales targets and revenue goalsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionProvide technical support to customers by answering technical questions and resolving technical issues related to our products and servicesConduct site visits to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessaryCollaborate with internal teams including engineering, production, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of products and servicesPrepare reports and documentation related to sales, service, and technical support activities.You will be required to travel all over Assam on frequent basis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field3-5 years of experience in sales and/or service of mechanical equipmentStrong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and componentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWillingness to travel to customer sites as neededIf you are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, and have experience in mechanical engineering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
