Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Electrical System Maintenance & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across different factory units (Mixing, Extrusion, Printing, and Packing). Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in machines and control panels. 2. AC Drives & Torque Drives Handling: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AC drives, torque drives, and other motor control systems. Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of drives to prevent downtime. 3. Control Panels & Wiring: Install and maintain electrical control panels, wiring, and distribution boards. Inspect and repair electrical circuits to ensure uninterrupted operations. 4. Machinery & Equipment Monitoring: Regularly monitor and inspect the electrical components of machinery in all departments. Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns. 5. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with factory regulations. Implement safety measures while working with high-voltage systems and industrial equipment .6. Factory-Wide Electrical Support: Provide electrical support across Mixing, Extrusion, Printing, and Packing Units to ensure smooth production. Assist in new equipment installations and modifications as required.
