Job Title: Electrician Operator – Manufacturing Plant Location: Talegaon Dabhade , Pune , Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4 to 6+ years Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Operator to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment across the plant. Conduct maintenance of HT systems such as RMU, Kiosk metering, Transformer, DG Set, VCB, ACB. Perform LT system maintenance, including LT Panels, MCC Panels, MCB, MPCB, ELCB, control wiring, and motors with star/delta connections. Maintain and repair instrumentation equipment: Flow meters, TT, PT, Sensors, controllers, PLCs, Robotics, Level/Pressure switches, Control valves, VFDs. Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and performance. Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime. Execute new electrical installations for machines and equipment. Support production by ensuring electrical systems are operational. Maintain documentation for all maintenance and repair work. Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety protocols. Monitor equipment performance and electrical consumption. Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns. Skills and Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics. 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motors, transformers, and wiring systems. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor control circuits, and SCADA systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Knowledge of LOTO procedures and emergency shutdown systems. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to implement long-term solutions. Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
