Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical/Mechanical Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the industrial equipment sector. The position involves extensive travel across West Bengal for the servicing and installation of equipment. The candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of various industrial machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, test, and commission industrial equipment like coating machines, spraying equipment, road marking machines, and cleaning systems.
• Service & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs of machines such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, PU foam application machines, and thermoplastic road marking systems.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring efficient operation of the equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Training: Provide basic training to customers on how to operate and maintain equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance for each client.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required for service calls and installations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 Year of Experience).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Good communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Travel: Comfortable with extensive travel across the region.
• Basic Tools & Equipment Handling: Knowledge of basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Preferred Experience (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience in servicing or maintaining industrial equipment like Coating Machines, Floor Scrubbers, Pressure Washers, PU Foam Application Systems, Thermoplastic Road Marking, and Spraying Equipment will be an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply and will be trained on the job.

Additional Information:

• Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Reimbursement: Traveling and hotel expenses will be covered as per company policy.
• Location: Based in New Alipore, Kolkata, but role requires frequent travel across West Bengal.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
