Electrical Technician

Job Title: Electrical Technician – Retail Operations Location: Chennai Company: Shrus Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Electrical Technician to handle electrical maintenance, lighting, and equipment upkeep across our retail outlets and warehouse. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted electrical operations and a safe environment in the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection and maintenance of electrical systems in retail shops and warehouses.
• Install, repair, and maintain lights, switches, wiring, fans, and power outlets.
• Ensure all electrical equipment (billing systems, CCTV, air conditioners, display lights, etc.) are in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service engineers when major repairs are required.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and service reports.
• Follow all electrical safety standards and ensure shop compliance.
• Support store setup or renovation with electrical installation work.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in retail, commercial, or facility environments).
• Good understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shop locations if required.
• Willingness to attend emergency breakdown calls when needed.

• Salary: As per experience and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
