Electrical System Engineering (Sr. Manager, AGM)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers, reviewing their work, and coordinating with other departments such as Electrical, C&I, and Civil. Additionally, you will conduct in-house system engineering for electrical scopes of work, provide technical support to site and purchase departments, and resolve site issues related to electrical activities. You will also offer technical assistance during proposal engineering and detail engineering work, conduct feasibility and capability studies, and prepare design basis reports for electrical scopes of work. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), size equipment, design Generation systems, Distribution systems, and Protection systems - Conduct various design calculations such as short circuit, Load Flow, DG sizing, Cable sizing, Earthing, Lighting, Cable Tray, Battery, Battery Charger, UPS, Indoor/Outdoor Lighting, etc. - Design various layouts including Switchgear & Control room, Cable Tray, Earthing, Lighting, etc. - Select switchgear and prepare cable schedules - Prepare Switchyard & Transmission line specifications - Expertise in Hydel, Power, and irrigation Electrical Proposals & Schemes preparation - Understanding of planning, scheduling, and time-bound implementation - Knowledge of Pump and motor with analytical mindset and conceptual abilities - Prepare List of deliverables, proposals, Man-hour calculations, Cost estimates, Reports for management review, standardization, etc. - Assist in commissioning activities - Resolve electrical issues on site as and when required Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Indian & International codes and standards - Proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite Additional Details: Experience Preferred: - Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in electrical system engineering - Experience in Water / Irrigation / Power projects is preferred Company Location: Pune Education: B.E/ M.E/M.Tech in Electrical / MBA Experience: 15 to 20 years,
