Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site and Service Engineer to join our team. The Site and Service Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar energy system installations. Design solar energy systems according to customer requirements and site conditions. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar energy systems, adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary. Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed solar systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Keep detailed records of project activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and customer communication. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy technology. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services.
