Position: Senior Service Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and electronic equipment.
2. Diagnose and repair hardware at the electronic component level.
3 Conduct service visits, remote support, and customer training.
4 Work with and understand industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
5. Prepare detailed and accurate service reports and documentation in English.
6 Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and improvements.
Required Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic maintenance or
3. service engineering.
4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
5. Proficiency in component-level troubleshooting and repair.
6. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, Profibus,
7. Ethernet/IP).
8. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 40–50% of the time across India for service assignments.
