Project Manager – Electrical

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month

Location: Deonar, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams – design, production, quality, and procurement – to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review and approve electrical schematic diagrams, layouts, and component specifications prepared by the engineering team.

• Lead design verification, testing, and commissioning activities; ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.

• Manage service and maintenance activities for installed systems and machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Coordinate with clients for technical discussions, project updates, site visits, and issue resolution.

• Prepare and review project documentation, including test reports, manuals, inspection protocols, and project status reports.

• Ensure adherence to project budgets, resource allocation, and timely material procurement.

• Train and mentor project engineers, service engineers, and technicians.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices in electrical and power electronics systems.

Basic Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Electrical Engineering (CGPA > 7 preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience in electrical project execution, mandatorily in power electronics.

• Experience in electrical design, testing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.

• Strong exposure to project scheduling, cost control, and client coordination.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, and industrial control systems.

• Proficient in project planning, documentation, and team management.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
