About Us: AEODC is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of Electrical Project Lead – BIM. The candidate will have a challenging role managing a team of BIM Electrical Technicians and Engineers. Should have experience managing complete Electrical System Design, Construction and BIM Implementation. Package offered is best in Industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Building Electrical Design: Strong working knowledge of building electrical design and construction practices.
• Drawing Review: Hands-on experience in reading and interpreting electrical design drawings for preparation of shop drawings.
• Specification Compliance: Fluent in understanding and implementing building electrical specifications as per project requirements.
• BIM Modelling: Experience working with a team creating Revit electrical models; familiarity with coordination of other services (mechanical, plumbing, and fire).
• Team Oversight: Ability to oversee team deliverables, ensuring timely and quality submissions at all stages.
• Project Planning: Capable of estimating project timelines and assisting in effective resource allocation and scheduling.
• Collaboration: Team player with a proactive attitude, willing to take responsibility and support team members by clarifying queries.
• Time Management: Flexible to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Standards & Quality: Familiar with Level of Development (LOD) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards for smooth project functioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Electrical Design and BIM coordination.

Software Expertise:

• Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Project Experience:

• Exposure to United States and Middle East projects preferred.

Office Location:

• Gurgaon.
