Greetings from Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Experience in handling procurement of Solar Electrical components and Switchyard types of equipment. Should have hands-on experience in managing EPC procurement and MIS reporting New supplier development, assessment, and evolution. Technocommercial preliminary evaluation of offers received to improve TATA Effective negotiation skills to have control over project cost Thorough understanding of contract commercial conditions and INCOTERMS. Potential to plan, execute orders, and monitor deliveries as per project requirements. Competence to comply with company audit requirements and maintain adequate documents to avoid non-compliance Working Experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel. All operations and process regarding AC component procurement(HT Panel,LT Panel, IDT, Etc). All operations and processes regarding DC Components Procurement (Inverter, SCADA System, etc.). Vendor evaluation & Development for AC & DC Components. Coordination with the Quality team for Material inspection & Clearance. Project Forecasting regarding activities Negotiation with suppliers for Pricing part, Payment Terms, and Delivery Terms Preparing and maintaining records related to all Purchase order-related documents. Job Location : Mumbai - Vikhroli Working Duty - 10 to 6.30 office time / all Saturday Off CTC : Current & Expected Designation - Electrical Manager - ( Procurement) Experience: 10 to 15 years Experience in Electrical equipment procurement preferably from the Solar/Wind/Substation industry. Qualification & Experience: BE/Btech in Electrical Engineering Experience: 10-15 years Kindly note that we require min 8 to 10 years of Experience in Solar Industry Renewable Companies (Mandatorily).
