Electrical Maintenance (Induction Furnace)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair : Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on induction furnaces and related electrical systems, including transformers, electrical machines, and automation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in induction furnaces, including power supply, control systems, and cooling systems. Ensure all electrical components, including transformers and automation systems, are functioning correctly and safely. Installation and Commissioning : Assist in the installation and commissioning of new induction furnaces and electrical equipment, including transformers, electrical machines, and automation systems. Ensure proper setup and calibration of electrical systems to meet operational requirements. Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Safety and Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team regarding the safe and efficient use of induction furnaces and related electrical systems. Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering teams to resolve complex electrical issues.
