Role & responsibilities Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Reading technical diagrams and blueprints. Performing general electrical maintenance. Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Provide technical support to Maintenance for AC and DC electronic drives, Programmable Logic Controllers, and control systems Develop specifications for projects to assure completion of work on schedule with required materials and workmanship Improving electrical and mechanical safety of equipment Managing power generation, transmission and distribution Should have good knowledge of DG, compressor & WTP plants. Fault finding in Electrical, PLC, SCADA and Profibus control systems Should have good knowledge of 11 kv substation Assist Production and Maintenance in the start-up and operation of new equipment and facilities Implement and maintain maintenance schedule and practices and procedures, for all equipment such as extruders, paint booths, press machines, process equipment, packaging machinery etc. Kaizen & 5S. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 -6 years of experience in electrical maintenance role. Diploma Electrical Engineering / B Tech or equivalent Good Knowledge in manufacturing technology Knowledge in Plastic materials Costing & negotiation skills. Oral and written communication skills must be clear, concise, and convincing Manpower handling & team management. Should be ready to travel.
